Exercises for Osteoporosis Recovery

Mild  (Assisted shoulder flexion)

Mild Generally asymptomatic in this stage, with no fractures or noticeable bone pain. The person may not be aware of the condition unless discovered through a routine bone density test.

Moderate (Assisted shoulder flexion)

May begin to experience bone pain or tenderness, especially in the back or hips. Some individuals might have had minor fractures, such as a wrist fracture, that heal with time.

Severe (Scaption strengthening, weight)

Severe Chronic bone pain, especially in the back, due to vertebral compression fractures. Noticeable changes in posture, such as a hunched back (kyphosis), and significant loss of height. Daily activities may be severely impacted.
